We Make Pure Vermont Maple Syrup!

In the village of Poultney Vermont, thousands of maple trees span hundreds of acres of woods along Thrall Road. Every winter, the friends and neighbors of Thrall Road come together to tap over 5,000 of these trees, collect sap, and boil it down to create some of the most delicious maple syrup in Vermont.

Maple syrup is the natural wonder and beauty of the ancient forests of New England concentrated into a sweet delicacy. It takes about 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of maple syrup. Most know that maple syrup is the must-have topping on pancakes and waffles. Maple syrup is also great in coffee, tea, desserts, marinades, as well as meat and vegetable recipes.

We hope you enjoy Thrall Road Maple products as much as we enjoy making them!
