Storage Instructions

Maple Syrup in sealed containers keeps well in a cool dry place. After the containers are open, the syrup should be refrigerated. 

Pro tip: You can freeze syrup for long term storage! It will pour slow, but won't freeze. For example:  try keeping a gallon in your freezer and a pint or quart in your fridge, then refill the smaller container when empty.
