Storage Instructions

Maple Syrup in sealed containers keeps well in a cool dry place. After the containers are open, the syrup should be refrigerated. 

Pro tip: you can freeze syrup for long term storage! It will pour slow, but won't freeze. For example, you could keep a gallon in your freezer, a pint or quart in your fridge and refill the smaller container when empty.
